Can I use it for laptop, TV, or fridge repairs?
Yes. Choose the kinds of items you service in Settings: phones, laptops, or TVs, fridges, and other electronics. Repair forms, fault lists, and accessories adapt, and one shop can handle several kinds at once.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Owners, cashiers, and technicians each get access based on the role the owner sets.
Can I manage more than one shop?
Yes. One account can connect to several shops and switch between them. Stock and cash can be moved between branches.
How do customers know their repair status?
Through your shop page at servicehp.id/your-shop. Customers enter the check code or scan the QR printed on the receipt, with no login.
Which printers are supported?
58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers, A5 paper, dot matrix, and PDF. Direct Bluetooth or USB printing is available in the Android app.
Are WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
Repair updates and payment reminders go into a WhatsApp queue, ready to send with one tap. Automatic sending from the phone is available as an option, but it is unofficial and carries risk from WhatsApp, so enable it at your own discretion.
Is VAT supported on receipts?
Yes, as an option. Choose prices that already include VAT or add VAT on top; the breakdown is printed on the receipt and feeds the VAT report. It suits non-VAT-registered shops; official tax invoices are not available yet.
How safe is my shop's data?
Each shop's data is kept separate, permissions are set per role, and every change is logged in the activity history. You can also turn on two-step verification and back up your data at any time.
